What is the difference between a reflex / red dot sight and a hologram (holographic) in sight?

Unlike a laser or red dot sights, projects holographic image does not transmit light on the purpose and therefore does not reveal the position of the light. The grid provides only visible by the operator. The operator remains completely hidden downrange, even against night vision systems. Furthermore there is no muzzle side lens reflex coated, as the red dot places, areas or binoculars. The HWS does not require costly changes to the filters that also significantly reduce the effective light transmission and makes the target less visible.
